Corporate Acquisitions and Investments Ltd was founded in 2014 to continue to develop a passion for growing businesses through acquisitions and strategic investments. Since our establishment, we’ve completed on several deals, formed partnerships with remarkable business founders and operators, and cultivated a network of outstanding finance and investment contacts. When it comes to an acquisition or exit opportunity, there’s no such thing as approaching us too early. In fact, the earlier we come on board, the better the result for all parties.

SMLWRLD is an intranet platform that comes in many shapes and sizes in providing sizeable bespoke intranets to large organisations. We supported the successful acquisition of SMLWRLD and continue to support it on the next phases of growth towards a successful exit.
X402
We supported an additional acquisition of X402, a natural and obvious fit with sister company SMLWRLD, in 2019. X402 brings its business software automation suite and we continue to support both the interim operational development and future exit strategy with the shareholders and stakeholders.
